Return and Refund Policy

Our website prioritizes protecting consumer rights. In this regard, any issues related to products and services experienced during your purchases on our site are carefully evaluated and promptly resolved.

It should be noted that items such as books, digital content, and computer consumables presented in tangible form are excluded from the right of withdrawal if their protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package, etc., have been opened.

However, for products not covered by the above clause;

How Many Days is the Return Period (Right of Withdrawal)?

The Buyer; in distance contracts for the sale of goods, has the right to withdraw from the contract without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason by rejecting the goods within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the goods. In distance contracts for the provision of services, this period starts on the date the contract is signed. If the performance of the service is agreed to commence before the end of the fourteen-day period, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal until the date of commencement of the performance. The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.

For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller by fax, telephone, or e-mail within the fourteen-day period mentioned above and comply with the provisions of Article 4 of the Distance Sales Contract and the preliminary information published on the prolektro.com.tr website, ensuring that the packaging and content are undamaged and that the product/service is in a condition suitable for resale by the Seller. Return procedures within the scope of the right of withdrawal are specified in the Distance Sales Contract. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the original invoice regarding the goods/services delivered to a third party or the Buyer must be returned. Within fourteen (14) days following the receipt of the notification of withdrawal, the price of the goods/services and delivery charges will be refunded to the Buyer, who is obliged to return the goods/services within ten (10) days. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations cannot be refunded.

If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the fault of the Buyer or if it becomes impossible to return the goods, the Buyer is obliged to compensate for the damage to the Seller in proportion to the fault. Payments can be made by credit card, EFT, or wire transfer.

Products That Cannot Be Returned Under the Right of Withdrawal

Goods/services that cannot be returned due to their nature, perishable or expired goods/services, disposable goods/services, and any kind of software and programs that can be copied. In addition, for all types of software and programs, DVDs, DIVX, VCDs, CDs, MDs, videotapes, computer and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.), and cosmetic materials, the packaging must be unopened, undamaged, and unused for the right of withdrawal to be exercised.

a) Contracts related to goods or services whose prices depend on fluctuations in financial markets and which are not under the control of the seller or the provider.

b) Contracts related to goods prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs.

c) Contracts related to the delivery of perishable or expired goods.

d) Contracts related to goods with protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package opened after delivery, whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.

e) Contracts related to goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.

f) Contracts related to the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except for those provided within the scope of a subscription agreement.

g) Contracts related to services to be provided for accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, supply of food and beverages, and the utilization of leisure time for entertainment or relaxation purposes, which are to be made on a specific date or period.

h) Contracts related to services performed instantly in electronic environment or non-material goods delivered to the consumer instantly.

i) Contracts related to services whose performance has started with the approval of the consumer before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.

How Do I Return the Product?

Before sending the product to us, you must inform us of your return request by filling out the product return form on this page. After the approval of the shipment related to the return by our technical department, please send the product to us with the filled return form using a reliable Courier company. The approval information will be notified to you by phone or email. The cost of shipments made by Courier companies is borne by the sender. Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted. If the products sent to us comply with the return conditions, the product prices will be refunded on the day the product reaches us. Which products are accepted for return? The originality, hygiene, and resaleability of the product must be preserved. Therefore, we cannot accept products with damaged packaging, opened, used, damaged, and similar situations. When returning the product, we kindly ask you to specify the reason for the return.
